OUR POLICIES

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Wearable Art purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Return Period: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale or clearance items, undergarments, and customized products are final sale.

  • Process:

    1. Email returns@wearableart.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll provide a return shipping address and approval confirmation.

    3. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund (excluding shipping) will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Time:

    • South Africa: 2–7 business days via courier.

    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply).

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Partners: The Courier Guy, Aramex, and DHL.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels: Wearable Art is not responsible for courier delays but will assist in resolving issues directly with the courier.

3. Payment Policy

  • Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, EFT, and PayFast.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

  • Security: Payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. We do not store credit card information.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

  • Personal information collected during orders (such as your name, address, and contact details) is used only for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer communication.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

  • We use cookies to improve your browsing experience and analytics.

5. Terms of Sale

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • Orders may be canceled or delayed if payment is not verified.

  • Wearable Art reserves the right to modify product prices, availability, or promotions without notice.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a replacement or store credit
